The Town Hall Forum entitled, “The Alzheimer’s Caregiving Journey: Practical Advice from Medical Experts” provided useful information and resources.
Dr. Alvin Chang provided an overview of how to meet the overall health needs of those with dementia. He discussed the importance of nutrition and hydration and maintaining equilibrium. Just like exercising muscle cells, Dr. Chang reviewed how physical and social activities can stimulate brain function.
