The Town Hall Forum held on March 29 at the Maranatha Chapel in 4S Ranch was very informative. With two great speakers and partnering organizations in attendance, caregivers learned tips and valuable information to assist in their caregiving journey.
Dr. Teja Singh spoke about Dementia Support, which included definitions of terms relating to impairments and what to expect at each stage. Dawn DeStefani had some practical advice for caregivers for establishing routines, avoiding Sundowning behavior and how caregivers care take care of themselves.
