Carbon Canyon Regional Park
The 124-acre Carbon Canyon Regional Park showcases sixty acres of developed park, offering large, grassy areas for picnicking, sports facilities that include backstops and lighted tennis courts, and a 4-acre lake with two piers for fishing. The undeveloped area features a trail that leads to Orange County's only grove of redwoods; 3 acres of majestic Coastal Redwoods.
Chino Hills State Park
Chino Hills Park's 14,102 acres encompass stands of oaks, sycamores and rolling, grassy hills that stretch nearly 31 miles, from the Santa Ana Mountains to the Whittier Hills encompassing the Puente Hills. Chino Hills is vitally important as a refuge to many species of California native plants, and as a link between natural habitat areas essential to the survival of many animal species.

Irvine Regional Park
Irvine Regional Park is nestled among a grove of heritage Oak and Sycamore trees. The rolling foothills surrounding the park are filled with a variety of wildlife. Trees and shaded turf areas provide a serene setting for leisure activities. Santiago Creek bisects the park and a pond with stone-work waterfall and footbridge is located in the center of the park. The variety of landscapes greatly enhances the park's beauty. Remember to visit the OC Zoo inside the park.
