Whether she’s helping residents board the bus for a scenic drive, digging into a gardening activity, or empowering her team, Natasha brings warmth, positivity, and hands-on leadership to every part of community life. Her genuine enthusiasm for serving others and her commitment to creating meaningful experiences help make ActivCare at Bressi Ranch a place where residents feel valued every day.

A San Diego native, Natasha has always appreciated the beauty of Southern California. She considers herself a true beach person and is grateful to have grown up surrounded by sunshine and the outdoors. Those experiences helped shape her optimistic outlook and appreciation for living life to the fullest—qualities she brings to her leadership every day.

Natasha is inspired most by the people she works with. She believes that leading with a positive attitude encourages those around her to do their very best, creating an environment where both residents and team members can thrive. By setting the tone through kindness, encouragement, and hard work, she helps foster a culture that delivers exceptional memory care.

Her adventurous spirit extends well beyond the community. One of Natasha’s proudest accomplishments was traveling to France on her own to compete in an Ironman race, an experience that challenged her, broadened her perspective, and allowed her to enjoy remarkable scenery and unforgettable cuisine. Her determination and willingness to embrace new experiences continue to influence her life.

Although her career ultimately led her into senior living, Natasha has always had a creative side. As a former art major, she still dreams of taking art classes whenever she has the opportunity. She also hopes to learn another language someday—French or Italian being at the top of her list—as she continues to explore new cultures and lifelong learning.

For Natasha, ActivCare at Bressi Ranch is more than a workplace—it’s a community where she has the privilege of serving residents, supporting families, and encouraging her team every day. She is dedicated to helping create meaningful days for everyone who calls ActivCare home.
