Mr. Moriarty has nearly 40 years’ experience in the real estate, development, and senior housing industry. Beginning in 1992, he has coordinated the development efforts for the company, overseeing site selection and acquisition, feasibility analysis, project configuration and design, governmental approvals and construction. In his role as President and CEO, he also oversees all the debt and equity financing for our communities and manages all the banking and investor relationships for the firm, while partnering with our COO to determine the strategic direction of the company. Mr. Moriarty is licensed in the State of California as a Real Estate Broker and a General Contractor and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Construction Engineering.
