Communities Previously Owned & Managed

Health Care Group was formed in 1981 to manage and direct the operations for its various retirement communities, Alzheimer’s care and skilled nursing facilities.

Since that time, we have owned and managed over 20 senior communities in six different states with more than 4,000 accommodations offering various levels of care. Health Care Group has managed and trained more than 1,200 employees, each offering an exceptional level of care to our resident.

Las Villas Del Norte
Located in Escondido, California, this full-service community offers 245 accommodations in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Alzheimer's care.


Mountview Retirement & Assisted Living Community
With Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care, this charming community located in the foothill community of Montrose serves 119 residents.


Rancho Vista Retirement Community & Health Center
