ActivCare at Brittany House is a specialized community offering residential living and care for residents affected by Alzheimer's disease, dementia or other memory loss. • Licensed nurse on site 24/7

• Trained and compassionate staff
• Assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Medication assistance
• Three nutritious meals daily
• Escorting to and from meals and activities
• Housekeeping and laundry services
• R.N. case management

An R.N. Case Manager is available to assess any potential new residents or answer questions regarding desired living services or levels of care.
